Lagos vibrated to the rhythm of the Chinese New Year festivities, marking the entry into the Year of the Snake with brilliance and splendor. The event, organized in collaboration between the Chinese consulate in Lagos and various cultural associations, attracted a large crowd, delighted to discover the traditions and richness of Chinese culture.

From the beginning of the evening, the city was adorned with typical decorations: red lanterns, giant dragons and lucky calligraphy adorned the festivities. The center of the event, installed within the prestigious Oriental Hotel, welcomed hundreds of visitors, from both the Chinese community and the local population.
The opening show captivated the audience with a traditional dragon dance, a symbol of strength and prosperity. Accompanied by drums and cymbals, the energetic performance set the tone for an evening full of entertainment.
